Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the shoe article recipe in thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm with a combination of vegetable tanning agents "MIMTAN AT1", "MIMOSA CR", "MIMOSA RG". The product "MIMTAN AT1" has excellent dispersing properties, facilitates the penetration and distribution of vegetable tanning agents ("MIMOSA CR") and dyes. The product "MIMOSA CR" is a combination of modified mimosa and chromium, has a low pH = 2.8, which facilitates the process of fixing tannins and dyes, therefore gives the leather fullness and tightness, as well as smooth fine grain. The product "MIMOSA RG" is polymerized tannin (increased molecule size) with strong filling properties, in combination with the product "MIMTAN AT1" is distributed in more loose areas of cattle hides and sheep skins. The trials were successful. Positive feedback from the tannery's technicians was received. The crust will be finished and demonstrated to customers. At the last exhibition "MOSSHOES 2021", specialists of tanneries noted that the resulting crust is elastic, filled, and there is no looseness throughout the area. The final evaluation will be given after finishing the crust and showing it to customers.
