Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested chemicals in the recipes of the articles "Crust-nappa" and shoe crust.
The article "Crust Nappa" was tried to match the tannery article. The recipes were proposed and tested using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", "Mimtan AT-1"; a retanning agent based on the acrylic polymer "Evrosintan RSN-40", which is used in articles for milling and without milling; as the main fat liquors "SMH-12" - a new product for leather based on natural and synthetic sulfitized fat components and "SMH-480" - a product of natural and synthetic oils for soft articles were used.
The crust for shoes and leather goods with the thickness 2.2-2.3 mm was also obtained using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", and "Mimtan AT-1”.The shoe crust with the thickness 1.2-1.4 mm was tested using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC : "Evrosintan RSN-40", fat liquors "SMH-480", "SMH-473" — semi-synthetic fat liquors for all types of leather, "SMH-600" — an electrolyte-resistant fat liquor based on lecithin and sulfitized fats for soft articles with pleasant touch.
All articles were evaluated positively and will be presented in the collection of leather articles of 2023 at the exhibition stand of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC within the framework of the exhibition "Fashion Style Russia” (Legprom), Moscow, February 14-17, 2023.
