Testing a soaking-liming-tanning recipe with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals.

A soaking-liming-tanning recipe has been tested. The recipe was tested on calf hides, weighing 22-25 kg and bovine hides, weighing 30-40 kg. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the recipe: • «SN-22S» — a wetting-degreasing agent; • «SN-OV» — an agent for improving watering; • «Vega-Е-93» — an agent for pelt deliming; • «Fermentol 23» — an enzyme containing agent for soaking; • «Fermentol RSTP» — a bating agent; • «Vega RLM, Vega RLT» — an anti-wrinkle agent; • «Bazamin» — an agent for increasing the basicity of a chrome tanning agent. The obtained wet-blue is of good quality. The wet-blue was sent to the dyeing-fatliquoring workshop for the production of tannery articles....

Trials of the crust recipe in a thickness of 1.4 - 1.6 mm.

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out trials of the crust recipe in a thickness of 1.4 - 1.6 mm, on calf hides using the chemicals of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC:

"RSN-40" — a retanning agent based on acrylic polymer;
"Evrosintan FP" — a filling agent for all types of leather, in order to fill poorly structured areas of the leather, especially loose axilas;
"SMH-480" — a fat liquor for fatliquoring soft leathers of chrome, vegetable and mixed tanning methods;
"SMH-600" - a fat liquor that gives the leathers special softness, evenly distributed both over the area and the thickness of the leathers, giving deep softness, tenderness and pleasant touch;
"SMH-473" - a semi—synthetic fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leathers.

An order was received from the tannery for the chemicals for testing the recipe on an industrial lot.
