Technological visit to factories for testing fur velour recipes.

In the fur direction, recipes using chemicals "SN-Sh1", "SN-MF", "SN-N-9", "Fermentol 23" and the enzyme "Dowellzym FA" were tested on the article of fur velour. After drying and pre-finishing before dyeing, the leather tissue and hairline were not greased. In the finished form, uniform dyeing was obtained in terms of hair height and skin area. The fat content in the leather tissue was normal. The work of the chemicals was positively evaluated....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted a technological visit to the tannery to test dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes. As part of the technological trials, the following have been tested: • dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of split-suede, which had positive feedback; • coloured dyes, new fat liquors "SMH-479", "SMH-500", which were positively evaluated by the tannery's managers; • finishing recipes: full and corrected grain nappa, corrected grain floater, Pull-up article, "Clouds" article using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China); • urethane for top coating “Ekotop-1” and “Ekotop-2”. They were positively evaluated. Their high gloss and excellent resistance to wet rubbing were noted....

Testing white crust recipe.

         In the experimental shop at the tannery, the white crust recipe with chemicals from the company Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC has been tested with a positive result. The absence of looseness, good fullness and whiteness were noted. The recipe used a bouquet of fat liquors, including a pigmented white fat liquor, which enhanced the whiteness of the white crust. The tannery technicians were interested in the recipe. It is planned to repeat the recipe in production conditions.
