Technological visit to factories for testing fur velour recipes.

In the fur direction, recipes using chemicals "SN-Sh1", "SN-MF", "SN-N-9", "Fermentol 23" and the enzyme "Dowellzym FA" were tested on the article of fur velour. After drying and pre-finishing before dyeing, the leather tissue and hairline were not greased. In the finished form, uniform dyeing was obtained in terms of hair height and skin area. The fat content in the leather tissue was normal. The work of the chemicals was positively evaluated....
Technological visit to the tannery for testing dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes.

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted a technological visit to the tannery to test dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes. As part of the technological trials, the following have been tested: • dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of split-suede, which had positive feedback; • coloured dyes, new fat liquors "SMH-479", "SMH-500", which were positively evaluated by the tannery's managers; • finishing recipes: full and corrected grain nappa, corrected grain floater, Pull-up article, "Clouds" article using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China); • urethane for top coating “Ekotop-1” and “Ekotop-2”. They were positively evaluated. Their high gloss and excellent resistance to wet rubbing were noted....

Testing shoe and haberdashery articles.

         At one of the tanneries, the company Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC carried out comprehensive  work  on  testing  shoe  and  haberdashery articles, which included dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing processes. Recipes have been tested for the following articles:

  • Shoe crust, recipe 1.40.1 using chemicals of Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC- in the recipe were used: "Evrosintan RSN-41" and a combination of fat liquors: "SMH-473", "SMH-600", and "SMH-480". When presenting to customers, this crust was evaluated positively: elastic, without a tendency to looseness. Orders have been received for experimental work in the conditions of many tanneries, as well as offers from shoe factories for the supply of trial batches for testing crusts in shoe tailoring.
  • Haberdashery article “Semi-aniline”. The article was worked out on the crust 1.50 using a combination of mimosas — "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", and "MimtanAT-1" and fat liquors: "SMH-477" and "SMH-473".  Finishing was made using chemicals of Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC: "SMH-9" - oil  for improving the crust, which gives shine and pleasant touch, a light pull-up effect, as well as using chemicals from a foreign company: — transparent compound "RC 3315" for aniline finishes, which does not make the grain heavy and shiny polyurethane "TOP G 7313" for fixing the coating.  The article received a positive assessment, it is planned to repeat the article in the conditions of tanneries, as well as the demonstration of the articles to shoe factories.
  • Shoe article “Cascade with emboss and milling. The article was tested on the crust 1.51.3 — universal crust for milling, using a combination of mimosas — "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", and "Mimtan AT-1" and a combination of fat liquors "SMH-473", "SMH-477", and "SMH-E”. The obtained crust was elastic, well milled in the drum. The finishing made with the use of foreign chemicals: the covering  preground "RC 3513", "RC 3215", compound "RC 3060", fixing with a nitrocellulose water-based lacquer "Hicalac 3160" was used. Interest has been shown in the obtained article "Cascade", it is planned to repeat the article in the conditions of tanneries, as well as the demonstration of the articles to shoe factories.
