Testing industrial batches of shoe articles.

The production batches of shoe articles were tested at the tannery.The following recipes were tested: "Crust for milling" for the article "Corrected Grain Nappa" and "Crust for the shoe article with impregnation”. The recipe "Crust for milling" was tested using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. To improve filling of the crust and tightness of the grain, the following products were used:
- «Evrosintan RSN-41» - an acrylic polymer-based retanning agent for leathers of various purposes, includeing milled articles;
- «Evrosintan NK» - a melamine retanning agent with strong filling effect, for soft and milled leathers;
- «Evrosintan D» - a dicyandiamide retanning agent with a strong filling effect, improving buffing of leather.
In fatliquoring processes of crusts the following fat liquors were used:
- «SMH-470» - a fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leathers;
- «SMH-477» - a fat liquor based on sulfonated and sulphited natural and synthetic oils; solids content –not less than 55 %;
- «SMH-478» - a concentrated fat liquor to give softness and a natural touch.
The recipe "Crust for shoe articles with impregnation” were tested with the following main chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC:
- «Evrosintan RSN-40» - a retanning agent based on acrylic polymer for leather of various purposes;
- «Evrosintan FP» - a general purpose filler for all types of leather;
- «Evrosintan NK» - a melamine retanning agent with a strong filling effect, for soft and milled leathers;
- «SMH-470» - a fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leathers;
- «SMH-478» - a concentrated fat liquor to give softness and a natural touch.
The crusts were positively evaluated by the tannery-elastic, quite soft, with good touch.
