New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Testing chemicals in recipes of production of fur articles and peltry.

The chemicals were tested in the recipes of production of fur articles and peltry. In the recipes of sheepskin fur lining, the dyeing leveler “SN-US” was used. Thanks to the use of the product "SN-US", the penetration of dyes has been improved, uniformity and matching of the colour have been ensured. Antistaticproperties have been acquired with fur lining made of sheepskin. In fatliquoring of fur articles and peltry, a combination of new fat liquors was used: "SMH-11" and "SMH-12".

«SMH-11» — an electrolyte-resistant highly stable universal fat liquor for emulsion fatliquoring of sheepskin, goat, and peltry. It improves fullness, touch and softness of leather tissue and it does not reduce the quality of buffing. It is perfectly distributed over the thickness of the leather tissue, promotes the distribution and penetration of other fat liquors, can be used in the production of light shades of velour.
«SMH-12» — an electrolyte-resistant fat liquor, used for emulsion fatliquoring of sheepskin, rabbit skins, mink, etc. It does not fall on the hair, gives excellent flexible properties to fur skins.

The articles "sheepskin fur lining", beaver and fox skins were evaluated positively and will be presented at the Fashion Style exhibition in Moscow in February 2023.
