Technological visit to Central Asia.

       In Central Asia, specialists of  Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC have conducted a technological visit to do trials of dyeing-fatliquoring recipes. In the production conditions of the tannery, the crust recipes were tested (shoe crust for articles without milling using the recipe 1.40.2 and shoe crust for articles with milling using the recipe1.34.10) using chemicals from Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC:

• «Evrosintan NK» — agent for leather retanning with strong filling properties;
• «Evrosintan RSN-40»  — retanning agent based on acrylic polymer. The leathers treated with this product have spongy touch, tight grain, and good fullness;
• «Mimosa GS» — vegetable tanning agent, which gives the leather excellent fullness and grain tightness, uniformity of dyeing;
• «Evrosintan D» — retanning agent based on dicyandiamide resin;
• «Evrosintan FO»  — protein filling agent;
• «SMH-480» — fat liquor for soft articles;
• «SMH-473» — semi-synthetic fat liquor for all leather types;
• «SMH-600» — fat liquor based on lecithin;
• «SMH-707» — fat liquor based on lanolin.

The crusts received a positive assessment from the tannery's technicians. The crusts will be finished in the nearest future and then sent to customers.
