Technological visit of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC together with “Cromogenia-Units” (Spain).

       The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC together with the technician of Cromogenia-Units made positive technological trials of testing dying-fatliquoring recipes for the following articles at one of the Russian tanneries: hydrophobic nubuck, nappa, thick crust and also the recipe of wet-blue production. During trials the following basic chemicals were used:

• Ribersal TD – an agent for decreasing wrinkles
• Riberzym AT – enzyme for grain cleanness
• Plenatol HBE – basificante which increases basicity
• Fosfol TA -  synthetic fatliquoring agent which increases physical and mechanical crust indexes and finished leather.
• Repelan HO – hydrophobic fat for hydrophobic nubuck.

       Soaking liming tanning processes were made in production conditions. Articles: nubuck, crust and nappa were done in experimental conditions.
