From May 22 a mutual visit of the technician of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) was made to work on recipes of dyeing-fatliquoring on a range of leather articles including nappa, suede, nubuck, water-proof shoe crust and also wet-blue recipes for hard leathers at the Russian tannery. During the trials the following new chemicals were used for hard leathers:
Ribersal TD – decreases wrinkles, helps to get open grain.
Riberzym AT – allows to get clean grain without hair residues.
Desencalante D-86 – good for deliming of hard leathers, acts softly.
Basificante MG – increases basification, good tanning bath exhaustion.
During trials of dyeing-fatliquoring processes the following products were used:
Retanal CLE – co-polymer, fills well, gives elasticity.
Retanal TM – styrol-maleic filler, fills very well, gives soft touch.
Retanal TAL – aluminum containing syntan, has good characteristics for buffing.
Repelan HO – sylicon emulsion, used in production of water-proof articles, has more than 3 hours in accordance with the Bally method.
