In the first decade of December 2023, specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC conducted a technological visit to test dyeing-fatliquoring recipes: crusts, articles "Nappa" and "Floater". The article "Nappa" - crust according to the recipe 1.51.4, thickness 1.2-1.4 mm, for milling in a drum, was made using a combination of products: "Mimosa RG", "Mimosa CR", "Mimtan AT-1", and "SMH-VR". The obtained crust was with good milling effect; the finishing was made using DOWELL chemicals. Article "Floater" - crust, thickness 1.4-1.6 mm using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The crust was planned for finishing with DOWELL chemicals. The recipe of crust 1.40.2 was tested using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The obtained crust is intended for articles without milling. The articles "Full Grain Nappa" and "Corrected Grain Nappa" were demonstrated to customers at the BIOT exhibition in Moscow in December 2023 and received positive feedback.
