As part of the import substitution program, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has completed the development of a number of innovative chemicals for leather production: 1. New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Technological trials on working out of recipes of fur articles.

In December 2019 the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have conducted technological trials of recipes for fur articles at tanneries. During the trials the following tasks have been solved:

Re-treatment of fur crust with rough leather tissue for effective softening. They used in the recipe the fat liquor SMH-470V/2 developed by the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia).
Getting crust with glossy hair with the use of the conditioner SN-MSO that gives gloss to the hair. The product is developed by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia).
Working out the recipe of chrome-sulfite-cellulose tanning of naked suede for bekes and jackets. The recipe is based on the use of the chemicals Ekomin 5, SMH-470V/2 and other auxiliary agents developed by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia).
Finishing of coloured double-face article with the use of the chemicals of Pielcolor (Spain), which is a partner of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, and pigment concentrates developed by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC.

The work done on carrying out the recipes of fur articles was assessed positively by the tanneries’ technicians. They noted uniform dyeing and gloss of the hair, good touch of the double-face article. We have agreed further plans of enlarged trials in the nearest future. The articles will be sent to customers to get their valuable feedback.
