As part of the import substitution program, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has completed the development of a number of innovative chemicals for leather production: 1. New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Technological trials of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at the Russian tannery on production of industrial batches of wet-blue, crust RM4 and nappa.

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has done series of trials at the Russian tannery on production:

1.Industrial batches of wet-blue. During the trials recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) production were used, particularly the product SN-OV (a wetting agent for improving damp content in the hide in liming), Vega RLE, Bazamin HBE, Tripsol RSTP. The trials were successful. As a result of trials the tannery has taken a decision to use the recipe and products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain). Purchase orders for delivery of the above-mentioned chemicals were received from the tannery;

2. Industrial batches of crust RM4. The article is got on a base of recipes and products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The following chemicals were used for its production: Evrosintan RSN-40, SMH-470, SMH-473, Ekomin-5, Evrosintan –NP1. The tannery approved the results. The article was sent to customers for testing. Purchase orders for delivery of the named chemicals were received from the tannery;

3. Industrial batches of nappa. Recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) production were used. Finishing application with the use of Pielcolor chemicals (Spain) on the received batches of nappa is planned in the nearest future.
