During technological visit at fur factories the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC did technological trials of filling dyeing recipes in Double Face finish at fur semi-finished product. During the trials the following innovative chemicals were used:
1)SMH 477 – fatliquoring composition for fur skins and cow hide/sheep fatliquoring.
2)Fosfol S6B - fatliquoring composition specially developed for soft leather articles: furniture leather, garment and gloves leather. The agent was also used for darkening leather fabric in solution composition for spraying and also in double face dyeing.
3)SN US - a leveling agent for fur and leather industry.
4)SN TV – universal leveling agent for dyeing in mouton, fur lining, wool with metal complex and acid dyes production, which provide uniform fur dyeing of light and dark colours.
5)Dyes for leather fabrics - synthetic organic water soluble anionic acid dyes for leather fabrics.
6)Dyes for Fur - synthetic organic water soluble anionic acid dyes for fur. In particular Acid Black was used on hair.
Trials results were good. Orders for chemicals supply were made for extended trials in May. In nearest time we are planning technological trials on some fur factories for trials of coloristics of new dyes in mouton production; trials of double face for garment.
