The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) carried out a production batch of large-area fur sheepskin for the production of fur lining with the use of the following products:
- in the degreasing processes, a concentrated washing-degreasing agent for degreasing hair in the fur production "SN-Sh1" and an agent for soaking and degreasing "SN-20z" were used. In the process of work, it was noted that after degreasing the skins with these products, the hairline is clean and crumbly;
- during the tanning and fatliquoring processes, the fat liquor "Nouvol SV" was used, developed for soft glove and double-sided leathers. The finished article turned out to be soft, elastic with good stretch of leather fabric;
- production batches of mouton were dyed to match the shades of the customer with the use of the leveling agent "SN-US”. Dyeing was carried out with a positive result - experts noted uniform dyeing in the area of the skin and in the height of the hair.
As a result of successful trials, orders were received for a series of production trials.
