Testing a soaking-liming-tanning recipe with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals.

A soaking-liming-tanning recipe has been tested. The recipe was tested on calf hides, weighing 22-25 kg and bovine hides, weighing 30-40 kg. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the recipe: • «SN-22S» — a wetting-degreasing agent; • «SN-OV» — an agent for improving watering; • «Vega-Е-93» — an agent for pelt deliming; • «Fermentol 23» — an enzyme containing agent for soaking; • «Fermentol RSTP» — a bating agent; • «Vega RLM, Vega RLT» — an anti-wrinkle agent; • «Bazamin» — an agent for increasing the basicity of a chrome tanning agent. The obtained wet-blue is of good quality. The wet-blue was sent to the dyeing-fatliquoring workshop for the production of tannery articles....

Technological trials at the tannery Safyan, Kazan City, under the guidance of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC

In April, 2012 a specialist of Pielcolor, SLU, the business partner of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, came with a technological visit to the tannery Safyan, Kazan City. The visit was organized with the purpose of technological trials of finishing materials of Pielcolor, SLU. In the course of the trials, the specialists produced 13 leather articles of Fashion trends 2012-2013. The trials of fatliquoring materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were also conducted. The specialists succeeded in producing of articles for further milling with the use of mixture of the products SMKh-476, SMKh-6 and SMKh-470. The trials went successfully and are followed by approbation of the articles produced.
