Testing a soaking-liming-tanning recipe with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals.

A soaking-liming-tanning recipe has been tested. The recipe was tested on calf hides, weighing 22-25 kg and bovine hides, weighing 30-40 kg. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the recipe: • «SN-22S» — a wetting-degreasing agent; • «SN-OV» — an agent for improving watering; • «Vega-Е-93» — an agent for pelt deliming; • «Fermentol 23» — an enzyme containing agent for soaking; • «Fermentol RSTP» — a bating agent; • «Vega RLM, Vega RLT» — an anti-wrinkle agent; • «Bazamin» — an agent for increasing the basicity of a chrome tanning agent. The obtained wet-blue is of good quality. The wet-blue was sent to the dyeing-fatliquoring workshop for the production of tannery articles....

On November 19-21, 2025, the IV International Forum of Light Industry "Commonwealth of Fashion", an international cultural and economic project bringing together representatives of the light industry and fashion business of the CIS countries, relevant ministries and departments, and educational institutions of the Commonwealth countries, took place at the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg. This project focuses on the issues of positioning and promoting national brands, improving the tools for solving urgent problems of the light industry at the legislative level and in life. Within the framework of this forum, organized by the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Tanners and Shoe Manufacturers held a round table on the topic: "Technological sovereignty of the leather and shoe industries is a guarantee of ensuring the national security of the country "with the participation of representatives of the leadership of the FederationCouncil, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Bellegprom Concern, Roskachestvo, the Public Chamber, Rospotrebnadzor and other organizations. The 25^th-28^th September, 2012 was marked with an annual international wholesale Leather-Footwear-Fur-Technology Fair in Moscow which was currently the 16^th(the 39^th).

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC presented its new collection of innovative chemical materials for leather footwear and fur industry and major finishing trends of Fashion catalogue 2012-2014 of Pielcolor, SLU and other different materials and technologies.

All innovative materials have been previously approbated experimentally and industrially at the biggest tanneries of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. New articles included footwear, garment, upholstery and haberdashery. Among haberdashery articles there were Greasy Metallic with greasy natural touch and light metallic effect, Vuvucela with natural appearance, little pigmented, for footwear and garment cow leathers with different thickness, Black Patent, Matt Pigmented, Vegetable Look Imitation with the effect of shining vegetable tanned leathers, Wax, Florentique Metallic (Brush off) and many others.

Presentation of the company was organized together with the company of Pielcolor, SLU, Spain, which has been our partner for more than 10 years of successful and multilateral relationships. At the Fair Pielcolor, SLU were represented by Commercial Director Xavi Chico.

In the course of the Fair the specialists of the company organized business meetings with more than 20 partners, among those were tanneries of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kirgizia. As the result of talks, the partners worked out schedules of technological trials using new materials as single products as well as in formulations for different leather articles, including those representing major trends of Fashion catalogue 2012-2014. Among the tanneries to visit are Bogorodsk tannery (Russia), Khrom tannery (Yaroslavl, Russia), Russkaya kozha tannery (Ryazan, Russia), MPKO tannery (Minsk, Belarus), Bobruisk tannery (Belarus), Karista tannery (Chegem, Russia) and many others.
