In June 2025, technicians from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC conducted a joint technological visit with technicians from Dowell, China, visiting three tanneries. During the working meetings, samples of new shoe articles were presented: "Nappa", "Floater" in various colours, wax articles. The technicians of the tanneries made cuts of the articles that interested them in order to study and further reproduce these articles in experimental shops. During the visits to the tanneries, shoe and leather goods articles were also worked out: "Full Grain Nappa" in black and white colours; "Full Grain Floater" with natural milling in white and black colours; "Split" with a “haircell” plate and emboss "Reptile"; "Wax article" in accordance with the tannery sample. To reproduce the recipes, stucco applied by roller coating machine Dowellend Stucco 9360 was used, which ensures good pore closure and tight split surface after buffing. Light-resistance chemicals were used in the white articles: "Dowelliu RU 2113" – aliphatic adhesive agent, "Dowelliu RU 2307", "Dowelliu NU 2580" - auxiliary light-resistant polyurethane emulsions, "Dowellex RC 3345" - light-resistant covering compound. All the articles obtained passed physic-mechanical analyses. Chemicals for repeating articles in production have been ordered.
