Industrial trials and adoption of new products and recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at Russian tanneries

In March, 2010 trails and adoption of recipes for dyeing-fatliquoring process with the use of the products: Ekomin N, Ekomin NS, Ekomin D, Ekomin O, Ekomin M, Evrosintan RSN-40, Evrosintan NP-1, SMKh-467 black, SMKh-470 black, SMKh-KT black, Ekodisp, Ekofiks, SD-1, SMKh-500, SMKh-600, SMKh-470 white, SN-23, SN-30, developed by technological center of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, continue at Russian tanneries. Among them are:

-         “Layka” v. Kushchevskaya, Russia (trials in the experimental department);

-         “PF “RASKOM” Rasskazovo, Russia (trials in the experimental department);

-         “Safyan” Kazan, Russia (industrial trials).

Articles “Crust R”, “Nappa R”, “Napa white” were received with the use of our chemicals in the industrial trials at the tannery “Safyan” (Kazan, Russia). Trials and adoption of recipe for production white crust were hold in the experimental department.

Articles “Nubuck black one-phase”, “Nubuck black two-phase”, “Grain lining”, “Lining split” were received with the use of our products in the experimental department at the tannery “PF “RASKOM”, Rasskazovo, Russia. Industrial lots of crust “R” and “white nappa” were made.

Lots of “Crust R”, “Nappa R”, White crust”, “Universal crust”, “White nappa” were received with the use of our products in the experimental department at the tannery “Layka” v. Kushchevskaya, Krasnodar region, Russia.

The trials made in the experimental departments of “PF “RASKOM”, Rasskazovo, Russia and “Layka” v. Kushchevskaya, Krasnodar region, Russia have good results and so, industrial lots of these articles are planned in the nearest future.

At present technological trials of the products SMKh-467 and SMKh-470 are being made in industrial lots of crust at the tannery “Kozha-Line” (Bogorodsk).
