Shebekinskaya kozhevennaya khimiya, Ltd. technicians have conducted an industrial adoption of recipes, technologies and a range of products, developed by the R&D center of Shebekinskaya kozhevennaya khimiya, Ltd. As a result of the made trials the following kinds of leathers were received:
- crust;
- grain nappa “lux”;
- cow grain lining;
- split in imitation of “butadiene” finish;
- black nubuck.
Thanks to use of the recipes and the technologies, developed by Shebekinskaya kozhevennaya khimiya, Ltd. technicians, and also thanks to adoption of acrylic resin tanning agents, process dispersion, syntans SD-1 and MR-1, Eurosintan RSN-40 and new fat liquors SMKh-KT, SMKh-470, produced by Shebekinskaya kozhevennaya khimiya, Ltd. we managed to achieve decrease of a leather production cost in a dye – fat liquoring process for 25 – 30 %.
In the nearest future we’re going to have industrial trials of the new product SMKh-500, which replaces import analogs in the dye – fat liquoring process.
