Specialists of “SHEBEKINSKAYA INDUSTRIALNAYA KHIMIYA” LLC., visited LINEAPELLE, an International Exhibition of Leathers, Footwear, Leatherwear and Accessories, which took place in the city of Bologna (Italy) on Oct. 18-20, 2011. At the exhibition our team looked through new trends and fashionable articles. Some of them will be introduced to you at the International Fair “Leather – Footwear – Fur – Technology – 2012”, which will be held in the All-Russian Exhibition Center (Moscow) from Feb. 28 to Mar. 2, 2012.....

LE CUIR A PARIS EXHIBITION is held twice a year and alongside with other European exhibitions, demonstrates major fashion trends of coming seasons on a high professional level. This year all the exhibitors displayed high quality products for big brands. This sector is suffering from the crisis less than others. Initially, the exhibition presented garment sector but leather goods have also been incorporated recently. The garment production being used by big brands is quite classical. This season, the majority of stands had high quality leathers with polished finishes and leather with imitative polished finishes depending on the A or B quality of leathers. As for the other items, the trend is practically the same as it was last year: natural finishing with grazy and waxy touches, waxes with slight darkening effect, light metallic effects, washing with rustic effect, super matt finishes with greasy touch, embossing with wax finishing and metallic effects.....

In August 2011, in the experimental shop of the Rybinsk tannery, Rybinsk City, the recipes for crust article production in accordance with the recipes and using the materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (the materials of series Ekomin 5, Ekomin D, Ekomin N, fat liquors SMKh 470, SMKh 600, SMKh 64) were brought into practice. The trials were carried out successfully and the plans concerning production of semi-indistrial batches were worked out for September.....

Technical business trips of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took place in March, 2011 at the Russian tanneries: - “Russkaya kozha” (Ryazan). Recipes for making articles “crust” and “nappa” with use of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were tested in an experimental department. - The Serpukhov tannery “Trud”. Recipes for making articles “split”, “crust” and “nappa” also with use of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were tested in an experimental department. - The Taganrog tannery. An industrial lot of two phase nubuck was made. - “Safyan” (Kazan). Trials on making lots of nappa and nubuck on recipes and with use of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were done in an experimental department.....

Work on adoption of Pielcolor chemicals for finishing buffed grain nappa was done in an experimental department of the tannery “Yug-Kozha” (village Kushchevskaya) at the end of March, 2011. Tannery management has approved received results and has planned industrial trials of this article in April.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC specialists have developed a line of innovation products and recipes, which are tested at the moment at the leading Russian tanneries: - A new wetting-degreasing agent SN-6K is developed for degreasing pig hides. It removes spine line on the hide. Lack of alkyl phenols in this product meets the requirements of REACH (the European environment safety requirements). - A new line of pigment concentrates 1002, 1004 was developed. Use of them gives more intensive black colour. Tests of the new pigment concentrates were carried out at the several Russian tanneries. The line is produced industrially at the moment. - A new recipe of receiving upholstery leathers is developed. It allows receiving an effect of white colour for one pass though it was required to do three passes.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the international fair “Belleg-prom. Spring”, which took place on March, 30 – April, 1, 2010 in Minsk, Belarus. Innova-tive chemicals for shoe industry were presented on the Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC exposition. Chemicals collection was presented with the following groups: leveling agents, ground dyes, cream-dyes, polish waxes for different kinds of leathers and shoe articles. Work meetings and business talks with the leading Byelorussian shoe facto-ries: “Marka”, “Belvest”, “Luch”, “Sivelga”, “Aladen”, “Garsing” and others took place during the fair. Several trials of the Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC innovative chemicals in the Byelorussian shoe factories were planned as a result of these talks.....
