In April at fur factories the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were made technological trials of new chemical SN-MSO for fur industry. This chemical has conditioner properties and is used for silicon finish in ironing process. The trials were done at fur semi hard sheep skin where semi-finished product usually has hard hair. After using of SN MSO on this semi-finished product hair on skins got the required gloss and softness.....

In the second part of April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a series of technological trials of new degreasing chemicals for fur industry. During degreasing process of fur skins the following innovative chemicals were used: SN 20 Z and SN ML which have effective washing degreasing properties. Using of these chemicals guarantee clean hair on fur skins after degreasing and provide elevation quality and uniform dyeing. According to the results of testing these chemicals fur skins degreased well, no difficulties with elevation.....

At the moment the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are having a business technological trip. During some planned technological visits a recipe of wet blue production of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC will be done at some tanneries and approbation of chemicals for raw wool washing will be done at fur factories. Working program is also foreseen to hold negotiations and to cooperate with a number of companies of fur and textile industry.....

In the first part of April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a complex of technological trials at tanneries of crust recipe «U» and crust «Softy» recipe in experimental conditions. Crusts got positive feedbacks and tanneries approval. At present batches of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are ordered and trials of crust Softy production is starting in production conditions.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made series of technological trials of new chemicals modifications such as SMH 470 M/K Lux, SMH 470 M/K Black, Evrosyntan RSN 40 M and others at many tanneries in April this year. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC premilinary got positive feedbacks of trials results from these tanneries. The materials are ordered for widen approbations.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a series of trials of new recipe of wet blue production with the material complex of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in March. The following products were used as the main: - SN-OV – soaking agent - SN-22SH – soaking degreasing agent - Vega RLE – an agent for preventing limed cockling; anti-wrinkle agent. - Tripsol RSTP - softening agent for cow hide, sheepskin and fur. - Basificante MG – basifying agent which promotes uniform increasing of pH and more full using of chrome tanning agent. In the beginning of April the company is planning to do technological visits to tanneries for trials of dying fatliquoring recipes of crust ‘softy’ on the base of obtained wet blue.....

The biggest specialized international exhibition in Russia «MOSSHOES 2018» was held in March 13-16 in Moscow in international exhibition center ‘Crocus Expo’. The event of B2B form collected at its booth the leading companies of leather shoe industry from more than 30 countries. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) prepared and presented to its partners new collection of chemicals for leather and fur production, latest developments in popular articles recipes, fashion tendencies in leather and double face finish. At its booth together with the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) worked the leading specialist of Pielcolor (Spain) – Jose-Luis Peralvarez Bracero. During the work process at the exhibition a presentation of the new catalogue “Fashion trends. Spring-Summer 2019’ was presented and technological consultations in all questions which are points of interest were done.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made the trials of recipes for shoe articles with a native compound of universal application at some tanneries in March. The appearance of coatings on leather got the positive responses, physical mechanical quality indexes of coatings are compliant with technical documents of tanneries. Finished articles leathers are sent to the customers for producing finished goods and for quality estimation.....

In the middle of March at tanneries the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC did technological trials together with Рielcolor (Spain) technician Jose-Luis Peralvarez Bracero of new recipes of hydrophobic leather, corrected grain and full grain nappa. For nappa finish the materials of MAGIC LINE series were used, they contribute to increasing the grades of finished articles: АА 4649 – very soft stucco which helps to hide small surface defects. АА 4626 – «sealing» stucco for corrected grain and full grain leathers. ML 2806 – soft compound for full grain leathers with natural touch.....

The technical trials of fur sheepskin recipes on domestic and import raw skins were made at one of the tanneries in Russia on February 18-28. During the trials the innovative chemicals developed by ShIKh, LLC were used in fur sheepskin recipes: - SN-ML – anionic degreasing paste. - Vega MGA –soaking bactericide. - SMH-477 – fat liquor for tanning-fatliquoring of wool and fur sheepskin and also for fatliquoring of dyed semi-finished product. The fat liquor doesn’t have affinity to hair and works with low temperatures. - SN-TV – leveling agent for dyeing fur corrected grain sheepskin. - SN-MSO – silicone-contained conditioner for finishing fur sheepskin used in hair ironing with the aim of giving gloss, softness and marketable appearance to skin. Besides that Double-face recipes with Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals were tested at the tannery and received good comments. In general the trials had positive result. Samples of fur lining and double-face articles will be presented in different colours in the exhibition “Mosshoes”.....
