Our pigments are a mixture of pigments water based dispersions, binders and special additives. 

• Series 1000  - casein pigments; trademark PKK;
• Series 2000 – pigments free of casein; trademark PKB;
• Series 3000 – pigments with metal and pearl effect;
• Series 5000 – for cationic and anionic solutions; trademark PKBK.

Pigments are used as dyeing base in the solution for top dyeing of the leathers.  

Pigments PKK, PKB and pigments with metal and pearl effect are compatible with aqueous products of anionic and nonionic nature. Pigments PKBK are compatible with aqueous products of anionic, nonionic and cationic nature.  When using any mixed solutions it is better to check the pigment because its migration to the surface of the film is possible under the temperature exposure.

SAFETY MEASURES:

Pigments belong to non-flammable, non-explosive and low-toxic products.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Pigments can be transported by any covered vehicle in accordance with goods transportation regulations at temperature not higher than 0ºС.

All our pigments, except 2026 and 2026U can be transported at temperature below 0ºС.

Frozen pigment should be defrosted at the room temperature. It’s better not to accelerate the process of defrosting artificially. Do not heat the product or stir before its full melting.

Store the pigments in tightly closed packaging in covered warehouse under the temperature from +2 to +30 °С.

Guaranteed shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
