“Dowell” acrylic impregnation agents have been tested in the article with impregnation at one of the Russian tanneries. A combination of three products was tried: • «Dowellic RA 1861» - ultra-fine acrylic resin with good penetrating ability, especially for impregnation of leather, which keep softness and tightness of the leather without forming a film on the grain; easy to buff. Testing the recipe of the article “Shoe crust” with the use of “Dowell” chemicals.

In an experimental shop at one of the Belarus tanneries, a recipe has been tested for obtaining the article "Shoe Crust" in thickness of 2.0 - 2.2 mm using “Dowell” chemicals (China): • «DOWELLTAN RV13» - a retanning agent based on acrylic resin. In chrome tanning «DOWELLTAN RV13» significantly improves fullness and density of grain and reduces stickiness, has an excellent dispersing effect and accelerates the penetration of vegetable tannins. It can also be used instead of vegetable extracts. It has excellent light resistance and heat resistance, and has bleaching ability;...

“Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed technical trails for production of wool lining from sheep skins in Russia fur factories

In March 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. performed laboratory trails in Russian fur factories. The aim of the trials was production of wool lining from sheep skins with chemicals our own production for soaking-degreasing process. So, the following products were tested: SN-30, SN-306, SN-OV, Nega.

The trials were successful. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiay” received an order for above-mentioned products. The factories will proceed with production trials.
