Testing a soaking-liming-tanning recipe with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals.

A soaking-liming-tanning recipe has been tested. The recipe was tested on calf hides, weighing 22-25 kg and bovine hides, weighing 30-40 kg. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the recipe: • «SN-22S» — a wetting-degreasing agent; • «SN-OV» — an agent for improving watering; • «Vega-Е-93» — an agent for pelt deliming; • «Fermentol 23» — an enzyme containing agent for soaking; • «Fermentol RSTP» — a bating agent; • «Vega RLM, Vega RLT» — an anti-wrinkle agent; • «Bazamin» — an agent for increasing the basicity of a chrome tanning agent. The obtained wet-blue is of good quality. The wet-blue was sent to the dyeing-fatliquoring workshop for the production of tannery articles....

On November 19-21, 2025, the IV International Forum of Light Industry "Commonwealth of Fashion", an international cultural and economic project bringing together representatives of the light industry and fashion business of the CIS countries, relevant ministries and departments, and educational institutions of the Commonwealth countries, took place at the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC celebrated its professional holiday – “Chemist Day” on May 27, 2017. This year the holiday coincided with a 25-year anniversary of the company.

The holiday events included an official part where the company history was demonstrated and best wishes for the company staff were told by: the head of the Shebekino Administration Mr. A.Kirichenko, the head deputy of the Shebekino region Administration in financial and economical development – Ms. M. Travenko, the managing director of the AO KB RUSNARBANK Branch in Shebekino – Mr. Yu. Zigayev, the company directors - Mr. Andrey Kamyshenko, Mr. Leonid Bakulin, Mr. Ivan Chistyakov. Company veterans received memorable gifts. The best company employees and partners of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were awarded with honourary diplomas. Solemn launch into sky of a model of the first produced company product from which started large production of a wide range of products for the leather industry.

In the frames of the holiday sport and interactive events were held, which included team competitions where all age groups could take part including kids. “Chemist Day” celebration was held in a recreation base situated in the pine forest where all company employees and guests could spend interesting time and just have rest on open air enjoying unforgettable beauty of the environment.
