Innovations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in the framework of the import substitution program.

As part of the import substitution program, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has completed the development of a number of innovative chemicals for leather production: 1. New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Testing the dyeing-fatliquoring recipe with the use of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals.

A technological visit had been conducted at one of the tanneries in Belarus, during which the dyeing-fatliquoring recipe was tested for articles: "Cow lining" and "Shoe crust" for further finishing in a thickness of 1.2-1.4 mm, with a positive result. The recipes were tested using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia):

«SMH-470» - synthetic fat liquor of anionic character;
«SMH-473» - fat liquor based on natural and synthetic sulfonated fats;
«SMH-477» - fat liquor based on sulphited and sulfonated natural and synthetic oils that comply with the requirements of the REACH regulation;
«SMH-479» - NOVELTY, mixture of natural, sulfonated and synthetic oils that meet the requirements of the REACH regulation. The product is developed for fatliquoring of chrome-tanned, vegetable-tanned and mixed-tanned leathers. On all types of the leather, the fat liquor is evenly distributed over both the area and the thickness of the leather, giving the leathers oft and tight grain, pleasant touch, while increasing elasticity and tensile strength. The high concentration of the solids allows to achieve good fatliquoring results with minimal consumption;
«SMH-478» - NOVELTY, concentrated fat liquor based on a mixture of natural, synthetic, sulfonated and sulphited natural oils that meets the requirements of the REACH regulation. It is used for soft filled leather articles. It is recommended to use it with other fat liquors to give softness and natural touch. On all types of leather, the fat liquor is evenly distributed over both the area and the thickness of the leather, giving the leathers oft and tight grain, pleasant touch, while increasing elasticity and tensile strength. The high concentration of the solids allows to achieve good fatliquoring results with minimal consumption. The composition does not lighten dyes, which allows to get bright, saturated colour.

All the crusts were positively evaluated by the tannery managers. The recipes were given over to calculating the cost of treating. It is planned to order new chemicals for extended trials.
