In July 2016 Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimia, LLC (Russia) performed a whole series of tests at Russian tanneries with using own preparations: 1 - trials of experimental batches in order to obtain white crust of cattle for shoe leather articles. The preparations used: Evrosintan SF; 2- trials of experimental batches of the preparation Evrosintan MS used in its dry commercial form on cattle crusts, for improving grain tightness and enhancing physical/mechanical properties for shoe leather articles; 3-testing in experimental conditions, 2-phase suede split leather of cattle, with application of the preparations: Evrosintan RSN-40B; SMH-M; SMH 470 Black; Ekomin-5; Evrosintan NP1; Fosfol C6B, etc; Good results are achieved in all the tests. The leather articles obtained in trials were sent to customers for approval. In the future, obtaining the production batches of the leathers are planned.....

In July 2016 the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed at tanneries in Belarus, in experimental conditions, technical trials on finishing footwear and garment leather articles of sheep/goats skins, as well as on finishing buffed floater article of cattle. In trials, some finishing products of the Pielcolor Company (Spain) were used. Currently, the leathers articles are being approved.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimia, LLC (Russia) performed trials at tanneries in Belarus, in experimental conditions, on fatliquoring/dyeing formulations to produce footwear and garment leather articles from sheep/goats raw hides. During the tests the chemicals of the companies Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimia, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) were used. The tests were successful. Currently, produced leathers articles are being approved.....

in July 2016 Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed a series of trials at tanneries of Russia and Belarus on recipes for obtaining patent leather, naplack, full grain nappa (for shoes), garment nappa with use of MAGIC LINE -2 materials (MAGIC products). Materials MAGIC (ML series) are compounds for basic coatings of various types of leather with a high covering power, excellent behavior during pressing and drum milling, and with natural touch. These compounds can be used only with the addition of the pigment and water. In the product line MAGIC LINE -2 a new polyurethane lacquer UR 1721 was developed, for patent finishings with high gloss. During the trials, the following materials were tested: ML 2803, ML 2804, ML 2806 and UR 1721. Of the greatest interest were the products ML 2803, ML 2806 and UR 1721. All tests were carried out under experimental conditions and were successful. According to test results some orders were obtained for the supply of the products: ML 2806, ML 2803, UR 1721 for production approval.....

In June 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed a range of technical trials at the Belarus tanneries: 1. Some trials in production to improve quality of wet-blue. The following products were used: Vega RLE, Bazamin HBE. 2. Some trials in production to improve crust for yuft. The following products were used: Evrosintan RSN-40V, SMH-473. 3. Finishing of yuft in production using Compond ANK. 4. Laboratory trials for production of wet-blue from sheep/goat skins for the following articles: gloves and garment leathers.....

In June 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” visited the laboratory of “Pielcolor” (Spain) for technical training. In course of the training the technicians got acquainted with: 1. new chemicals and technologies of the company and finish the following articles with “Pielcolor” products in the laboratory: full and buffed grain nappa, floater. 2. new chemicals for upgrading from Magic Line (2nd edition) range. The specialists from a one Belarus tannery also took part in the technical training. They studied the same questions as the specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” did.....

In June 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. performed some laboratory trails for finishing floater and buffed grain napa. The trials were made with the products and recipes of: 1. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” (dyeing-fatliquoring: SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin NS, Ekomin 5 and Ekodisp) 2. “Pielcolor” (finishing). The trials were successful. The tanneries liked the results. Some tanneries agreed to arrange technical trials in production; the others – sent the articles to their customers for approval.....

In May 2016 “Shebekinskaya Inductrialnaya Khimiya” performed some laboratory trials for production of wet-blue from sheep/goat skins for shoes and lining. At the dyeing-fatliquoring stage the chemicals of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” and “Cromogenia-Units” were used; as for finishing, the chemicals of “Pielcolor” were used. The trials were successful. The leathers got are under testing now.....

The specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” made production trials in some Russian tanneries. The aim of the trials were getting crust for yuft in production. In the course of the following products of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” were used: SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin 5. The trials were successful. The work will be continued in June 2016.....
