The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out an extended development of the shoe crust recipe in a thickness of 1.4-1.6 mm using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimtan AT-1", "Mimosa CR", and "Mimosa RG". In the resulting article the tightness and fullness of crust are marked. A batch of the crust has been sent to the client to assess the quality and obtain a final conclusion. The presenta-tion presents fashion trends in the decoration of articles, the colour scheme, which is relevant in 2023, the main trends in design when creating a new collection of leathers.....

In January 2022, a training of specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC together with partners of the Belorussian tannery took place in the laboratory of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). During the training, the following articles were worked out: • Full and corrected grain nappa to match the sample provided by customers. A new soft preground AA 4651 in combination with AA 4649 were used in the recipe; the fixa-tion was glossy, based on UR 1786, LP 4003 and BR 0875; • White patent article. A light-resistant compound CP 2819 was used in the basecoat in combination with UR 1443. At the same time, good tightness of the grain with the im-pregnation of RE 2935 + RE 2921 was noted. Lacquer coating - UR 1721 with the addition of white PC. • Article «Burnish». Light aniline finish with AA 4655 was applied on the crust, which gives pleasant touch to the finished leather and emphasizes the “Burnish” effect (there is a darkening effect when rubbed with abrasive wax on brushes). • Article № 7 «DANAIS» from the trend book «Autumn-Winter 2022/2023» — full grain arti-cle with the use of ML 2807 and UR 1692. • Article № 13 « HONEY» from the trend book “Autumn-Winter 2022/2023” — full grain arti-cle with a soft preground АА 4651, compound ML 2806, and glossy fixation with the use of ST 6604.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have worked out the recipe of the article "Split" for work shoes with haircell embossing. Dyeing and fat-liquoring processes were carried out using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: • "Ekomin-5” - synthetic filling retanning agent; • "Ekodisp S” – dispersing and dye leveling agent and; • “Mimosa A” - tanning agent for chrome-free tanning of leather, retanning of chrome tanned leather for shoe upper articles; • "SMH-470” – fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leather; • "SMH-473” - semi-synthetic fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leather; • "Evrosintan VA” - auxiliary agent for impregnating suede leathers and split in a drum in order to improve polishing and when obtaining short hair. The obtained split was compact and with good touch. Extended trials were repeated on the produc-tion batch. The article was sent to the customer.....

When treating long-haired sheepskin according to the tannery recipe, the partner had problems in the production of the article "decorative carpets". Namely, the following production defects were noted: felting and loss of hair, breakage of the skin tissue in mechanical processes. Due to the defects, the output of the article "decorative carpets" during production batches was 50 %. At the request of the management of the tannery, the tannery recipe was adjusted and the recommendations of Shebek-inskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were worked out in treating long-haired sheepskin for the article "decorative carpets". The product "SN-MB" was introduced into the process of soaking as a wetting agent with bactericidal properties. A cationic softener "TK-Sh6" was introduced into the tanning pro-cess in order to improve the sliding of the hair and to prevent hair felting. The work on the production of this article was evaluated positively by the tannery, all recommendations are taken into account.....

In December 2021, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) conducted technological trials of the recipe of dyeing fur skins in light shades through optical bleaching. The product “Vega OO” was used as an optical dye (bleaching agent) for fur, wool, silk and polyamide fibers. "Vega OO" is fixed on the hair, converting the light of the ultraviolet region of the spectrum into a white (bluish) glow, which enhances whiteness and masks yellow shades. The trials were carried out with a positive result: the shade of the dyed fur skins turned out to be light, pearl-gray. Partners have shown interest in using this recipe in the production of the article "decorative carpets". The partners were also presented with a range of acid coloured dyes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the recipe of cellu-lose leather retanning. This article is intended for work clothes. As a tanning agent, "Ekomin-5" was used — a synthetic filling-retanning product, characterized by the ability to form the leather structure. The trials were carried out with a positive result: the obtained crust is form-resistant, and it was evalu-ated positively by the management and specialists of the tannery. It is planned to use this recipe not only in the production of leathers for work clothes, but also in the production of “Uggi” boots.....

In the experimental workshop trials were carried out on the use of "CMH 470 V" in the recipe of fur lining production. "SMH 470 V" is a fat liquor developed by specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC (Russia) for fatliquoring fur skins. The trials had a positive result: the skin tissue of the resulting article is soft and light, and the hair is clean and crumbly. Trials continued in production conditions.....
